Acceptable & Fair Use

Rules protecting customers, legitimate businesses, Kaltiq personnel and platform availability.

Version 1.0 · Prepared 16 October 2026

This Policy applies to owners, employees, contractors, agents, storefronts, listings, messages, calls, broadcasts, devices, APIs, identifiers and KalCoin activity. The Business is responsible for conduct under its profile.

1. Prohibited commerce

Do not offer illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled or sanctioned goods/services; child exploitation; human trafficking; unlawful weapons, drugs or controlled substances; malware or hacking services; forged documents; illicit gambling; unlicensed financial, medical or legal services; deceptive investment or employment schemes; or other regulated items without written Kaltiq approval and all licences.

2. Deception, solicitation and advertising

No phishing, fake support, impersonation, pyramid schemes, romance/investment scams, fabricated discounts, hidden recurring charges, bait-and-switch, fake scarcity, misleading badges, unsubstantiated health/earnings claims, undisclosed sponsorships, fake reviews or suppression of honest criticism. Commercial messages must identify the Business, be truthful, use lawful recipient data, respect consent and do-not-contact choices, and offer the required easy opt-out or unsubscribe mechanism.

3. Spam and automation

No purchased/harvested contact lists, scraping, unsolicited bulk messaging, repeated contact after refusal, account farms, sender rotation, block evasion, automated calling, artificial engagement, report manipulation or unapproved bots/APIs. Transactional messages may not be disguised marketing. Consent must be provable and channel-specific where law requires.

4. Safety, dignity and privacy

No child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, non-consensual intimate imagery, stalking, doxxing, harassment, hate, violent threats, terrorism support, blackmail or instructions facilitating serious harm. Do not request unnecessary identity, financial, health, biometric or precise-location data. Never use calls, location or recording for covert surveillance.

5. Intellectual property and access controls

No infringement, counterfeiting, trademark impersonation, pirated media, removal of rights-management information, DRM/access-control circumvention, credential theft or traffic interception. Legitimate interoperability, accessibility and security research remain protected to the extent mandatory law requires.

6. Platform and payment integrity

No malware, vulnerability exploitation without authorisation, denial-of-service, TURN abuse, cryptomining, load testing against production, manipulation of KalCoin ledgers, transaction laundering, chargeback abuse, wallet-signature deception, wrong-chain recovery scams, sanctions evasion or use of KaltiqPay for off-platform value transfer.

7. Fair usage

Normal limits include up to 500 catalog items and broadcasts to no more than 256 recipients per operation unless a plan states otherwise. Kaltiq may set reasonable limits for messages, calls, storage, uploads, devices, staff, APIs, OTPs, wallet checks and transactions by plan, capacity, geography and risk. Disproportionate use may be queued, slowed, challenged or restricted. A documented accessibility or approved high-volume use case may request review.

8. Enforcement

Kaltiq considers harm, intent, recurrence, cooperation, legal duties and risk. Actions may include warning, listing removal/demotion, reach reduction, rate limit, verification loss, transaction hold, number quarantine, device/IP block, suspension or termination. Serious child-safety, fraud or imminent-harm evidence may be preserved and reported. Good-faith reports: abuse@kaltiq.com; appeals: appeals@kaltiq.com.
